Thanks so much for making this video even while you are on vacation. I really appreciate your analysis and the way in which you communicate ideas with us.
No makeup, no problem! Thanks for never sugar-coating and giving us false hope with these motions. I've kept my expectations low. "Safekeeping" is still a term that I find ridiculous in this case given how things turned out for RA at Westville. But the musical interludes on your sunny walk canceled out that bad mojo. 🎶 See you soon lady! ✌
We have missed you!!! I've spent days saying to everyone I know "Ya, I know, I heard, but let's just wait to see what Andrea's take is on it first" meaning before we, the uneducated public (my friends and I), decide whether or not he really stands a chance at getting a new trial. I absolutely despise the fact that this amazing defense team is going to have to stand up and say out loud that they were anything less than superheroes with what they faced in this trial, but I also feel like this team would walk on fire for this man at this point, or I should say would walk on fire for justice in this case, so I'm sure they won't hesitate to support an ineffective claim just to get him the best possible chance at a new trial. Plus, I hope they can at least find peace in the fact that IF anyone considers them truly ineffective in any way, that inefficiency was by design from the powers at play here. It's not like anyone with the slightest bit of intelligence would truly think they were willfully ineffective. With a judge against you from the beginning, possibly multiple judges, multiple sheriff's, countless state employees, volunteers, and the press for the most part, they did the best they possibly could, while also being underpaid and underfunded every step of the way. I feel awful for them, but I'm clinging to hope for Richard Allen and for justice for these girls. Will you give us your opinion on the guilt or innocence of Ron Logan? I've thought he was the culprit since years ago, but I struggle to understand why the state was so reluctant to pin in on him. Was it just too unsatisfying because he's deceased? Could that truly be enough to motivate an entire investigative team to look away from an obvious prime suspect? A man who created an alibi before he was supposed to even know he needed one? A man who knew crime details LONG BEFORE the public even knew a cause of death, or the slightest details of the crime, and eons before any "leaks" happened? The prosecution loved the phrase "only the killer would know" this or that but conveniently couldn't apply the same logic to a confession within 90 days of the crime? I struggle to understand. Par for the course for this case I suppose. Please don't leave us again!! ❤️
Based on what I know about the case against Ron Logan, I don't think I'd vote to convict him either at this point. But I think there's at least as much if not more evidence implicating him than there is Rick. His phone puts him there, he fabricated the alibi before anyone knew the girls were murdered, lots of people ID'd him as bridge guy, now he seems to know details about the case that nobody knew before trial.
Omg how we have missed you!!! So glad you are away from the US and enjoying some r&r! So excited to watch the video!!! Please upload more, even if they are not about cases! I think we all need to live vicariously through you right now!! ❤️❤️❤️

Hope you’re having a great trip.
It's awesome! If people don't hate the sound and how I don't know where to point the camera, I'll do some more of these. 😂

I wrote a novel again. Sorry. I do that. 🤷
