Sharing for anyone who wants to make copy requests

I’ve been threatening to go through my notes and compile a list of the trial exhibits in State v. Richard Allen and I finally got around to it.

If you are interested in requesting copies of any of the trial exhibits, the Carroll County Circuit Court is requiring a “detailed request” identifying what you want. I understand some folks are having difficulty meeting whatever standard it is the court is applying.

To try to help with this, I have put together the following list from my notes that identifies the exhibit by party offering, number, date admitted, and a brief description. Please feel free to use it if you find it helpful.
